Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wild & Found. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Our products

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device.

Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Please check product descriptions, measurements and sizing information carefully before ordering.

Dog toys and accessories should be used appropriately and in accordance with any instructions supplied. Dogs should be supervised when using toys or enrichment products. No dog toy is indestructible, and damaged products should be removed from use.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your basket. After you order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch. This may happen if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing or description error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are displayed separately during checkout before you place your order.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be dispatched.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated period and, unless another period has been agreed, within 30 days of accepting your order.

Please ensure that the delivery information supplied with your order is complete and accurate.

The goods remain our responsibility until they have been delivered into your physical possession or to a person you have identified to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at shopwildandfound@gmail.com so that we can investigate.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy, available on this website.

That policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Nothing in either document limits your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or unsuitable goods.

7. Product availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.

We may limit the number of products that may be purchased in a single order where reasonably necessary.

8. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful, personal purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce malicious software, obtain unauthorised access, misuse another person’s information or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website—including its branding, wording, layout, graphics and images—is owned by Wild & Found or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use this material commercially without prior permission from Wild & Found or the relevant owner.

Third-party product names, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of independent third-party websites. Please review their terms and policies before using them.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

Shopify and our payment, delivery and other service providers may process information where necessary to operate the store, take payment and fulfil your order.

12. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory rights relating to goods.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a purchase made wholly or mainly for business purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to your order will be those displayed on the website when you place that order, unless a change is required by law.

These terms and any contract between you and Wild & Found are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
