Shipping Policy

UK delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays or circumstances outside our control. Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days.

Delivery charges

Standard UK delivery is £3.99.

Free UK delivery applies:

• When the order qualifies for the free-delivery threshold shown at checkout; or

• To individual products that are specifically advertised with free delivery.

The applicable delivery charge will always be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order tracking and delays

Tracking information will be provided where the selected delivery service includes tracking.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at shopwildandfound@gmail.com with your order number so that we can investigate.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Local collection

Local collection is available for eligible orders when shown at checkout.

After placing your order, we will contact you by email to arrange a mutually convenient collection time. Please do not travel to collect your order until we have emailed you and agreed the collection time with you.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, missing an item or contains the wrong product, contact us promptly at shopwildandfound@gmail.com so that we can investigate and put it right.
